How do I order from Motorcities Dreamakers?

The ordering process at our site is simple . Just browse our site for the product you want by using the links to the top and left, or by searching for it through the search field at the top of each page. Then click on the picture of an item to enlarge the picture, and see further details. On this description page you'll find "e;quantity"e; and "e;Buy"e; buttons. Select the quantity you want of the item then click on "e;Buy."e; The item is now added to your Shopping Cart (see the right side of the web page). To purchase more items, repeat this process until you are finished with your shopping.

When you have added all your purchases to your shopping cart, click on the "e;Checkout"e; button. The Checkout button is located at the right hand of every page. Clicking on the "e;Checkout"e; button will bring you to the first page of the checkout process.

How do I checkout?

At the billing information page, enter the appropriate information. Then click "e;Next Step"e; at the bottom right hand corner to continue.

At the Shipping Address page, select the address where your order will be sent. On the Shipping Options page, select your shipping option. On the payment options page, enter your credit card information into the required fields, (for security purposes, you can check for the closed padlock on the bottom toolbar of your web browser.) If you want to use PayPal, select the the Paypal option and follow their instructions. If you chose to use your credit card, click "e;Next Step"e; in the lower right hand corner to continue.

On the last page of the checkout process, review everything to ensure it is correct. If you need to, use the "e;Previous Step"e; button and correct your order before it's placed. Once everything is ok, click the "e;Place Order"e; button to complete your order.

When are orders shipped?

After your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply click on the "e;Order Status"e; button at the top of our site, and you will be taken to a screen where you can check on your order. You will need to enter your account name and password to verify it.

Since our physical location is in the State of, we are required by law to charge sales tax to shipments in the State ofonly. Return to Top

What is your policy on returns?

At Motorcities Dreamakers, we strive for total satisfaction with all of our orders. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please return your undamaged merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the package for a full refund. Return the product to the address below by FedEx, UPS or USPS (please keep your receipt to confirm you returned the merchandise). Please insure the product for its full value, and include a note saying why the product is being returned. We regret that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, and shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective upon initial receipt, we will replace it immediately free of charge in addition to reimbursing you for all return expenses.  We do not accept returns on merchandise that was received in good condition by the customer, and subsequently damaged due to neglect, accidents, or malicious acts.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?

Because of the size and weight of most of our products, we cannot offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time. We also will not ship to PMB's of any kind, as well as APO of FPO boxes.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Return to Top
